A new parks maintenance depot on a prominent and iconic site required a sensitive design solution. The low-profile building with a living wall frontage to the adjacent car park incorporates several eco-friendly features, including: photovoltaic panels; composting toilets; on-site wastewater disposal; and stormwater storage for irrigation & vehicle washdown.
